Take your favorite video game and turn it into real life play with the NERF Fortnite BASR-L Blaster! This is the BASR-L edition, meaning ‘bolt action sniper rifle’ and ‘legendary’ for the rarity level. It’s also available in the ‘rare’ BASR-R model which features blue paint in lieu of gold.
It’s one of two body styles of Fortnite sniper NERF gun available. This particular model features a bolt action feed with a 6-dart clip. The gun comes with 12 Elite NERF darts in total, so you’ll have two full clips to go through before you need to retrieve them!
A removable scope makes it feel more authentic and has crosshairs for use in improving your aim! This BASR model NERF gun is about 2.5 pounds and recommended for ages 8 and up.
Does the NERF Fortnite BASR-L need batteries?
No, the NERF Fortnite BASR-L does not need batteries for operation. It uses a bolt-action firing system which is entirely manually operated. To use your NERF Fortnite gun:
- Load 6 NERF darts into the clip
- Push the clip into the slot on the blaster until it clicks
- Move the orange priming bolt on the right side backwards, then forwards
- Press the trigger to fire a dart
How far does a NERF Fortnite BASR-L shoot?
On average, the NERF Fortnite BASR-L shoots between 10-15 feet. A maximum range of 30-40 is rare, but possible based on ideal conditions and use.
Always use caution around projectiles, even foam ones, and make sure to wear protective eyewear for safety.
