While climbing something as high as a Tallneck is probably pretty dangerous, thankfully I don’t have to. I’ll just break out the Horizon Forbidden West LEGO Tallneck build set instead!
This LEGO set recreates the Tallneck machine featured in the post-apocalyptic world of the Horizon Zero Dawn and Horizon Forbidden West video games.
While most machines in the game are somewhat aggressive towards humans, these gentle giants are not. In fact, they have an important purpose for both navigation and transmission of information!
Step into the shoes of main character Aloy as you build this impressive LEGO kit. The 1,222 piece set includes bricks, accessories, and stickers to build:
- The Tallneck machine
- One birch tree
- A rusted stoplight with a vine growing on it
- Watcher machine
- Aloy character
The Watcher has three interchangeable lenses depending on the scene you’ve imagined. Blue means you’re in the clear, yellow while it’s looking for you, and red if you’ve been detected. Thankfully, Aloy has a bow and spear at the ready. I’d probably just hide out on top of the Tallneck!
This is a collector’s build set, designed to be displayed upon completion. The Tallneck is perfect for a desk, mantle, shelf, or man cave. If you like, add a Tallneck LED light kit so it looks great at night, too.
Any fan of the Horizon video game series is sure to love this LEGO set. Plus, now that I finished playing the games, it gives me something else to do so the fun doesn’t stop!
