There are 100 challenge cards included, each with a picture of the pose you should recreate. The cards also contain an activity you must complete with the inflatable goat while maintaining your pose.
You may have to balance the goat on your back during your downward dog. What about hitting the goat into the air while you perform the sukhasana? Or, with a partner, perhaps you have to balance holding onto the goat and each other! Each challenge card has a point value listed at the bottom. Complete the challenge, and score the points! Scorecards are included with space for 10 players, but the number of players is highly flexible. At the end of the night, the person with the most points wins. But really, when you’re having this much fun, who cares?
