There are so many huge and complicated race car sets out there. For those low on space, this mini slot car track set is the perfect alternative. The assembled track is only a 25” square, and it features the smallest slot cars available at 1:87 scale.
You assemble the track with a series of 25 smaller squares that snap together. This allows for you to create different track configurations any time you like! While there aren’t any jumps through a ring of fire, it’s a fun set that allows for creativity.
The full set includes a start gate, parking shed, and checkered flags which help to accessorize the racecourse to your liking. The track squares also feature divots that are compatible with many building block sets, so you can build your own décor!
Two included cars are controlled by the wired controllers. Race head-to-head along the track to see who’s victorious. Then, rearrange and go again! The cars won’t jump the track thanks to contact brushes and road hugging tires.
Unlike some larger versions, a USB connection helps to power this slot car track set. It proves power to the rails to move the cars and the controllers to drive them. While you could use AC power, you’ll need an adapter (not included).
