Waterproof Dry Bag – Keep Your Valuables Safe Around Water
You’re heading out to kayak today? Well, don’t forget your Earth Pak waterproof dry bag this time. We don’t want a repeat of the phone incident. Yes, I’m sure it’s really waterproof and will even float if you go overboard!
A dry bag is a waterproof bag designed for use with water sports. It can be packed on your boat or even tethered to you. Should you go swimming, intentional or not, it will keep the contents of the bag dry. Dry bags also float, making them easy to find and retrieve your belongings.
A waterproof dry bag is used for keeping your essentials dry any time you’re near water!
The Earth Pak waterproof dry bag keeps your electronics and other items safe. They’re primarily used for water sports, such as fishing, kayaking, canoeing, or paddleboarding. However, they’re also ideal for hiking or camping trips in case of inclement weather.
At only 1.5 pounds, this bag is extremely lightweight. Additionally, roll up this dry bag for easy packing in a suitcase, backpack, or in your car. This makes it ideal to bring along on any trip, only unrolling and filling it up on days when you actually need it.
What do you put in a waterproof dry bag?
In short, you put anything that you don’t want to get wet in a dry bag. This can include a cell phone, wallet, shoes, change of clothes, towel, snacks, camera, and emergency equipment. Bags are available in a variety of sizes, so you’ll be able to choose the one that will fit everything you need.
Earth Pak’s waterproof bag is available in 5 sizes, ranging from 10L to 55L capacity. Depending on the size, each comes with an over the shoulder strap or backpack straps for easy carrying. The 55L has an additional waist belt for more support and weight distribution.
A 10L dry bag will hold the basics – your phone, camera, wallet, small towel, and water bottle. If you want to throw in shoes, get the 20L model. The 30L dry bag can hold all that, plus a weekend’s worth of clothes, food, and tools. The 40L and 55L hold more clothes and food, plus a small sleeping bag.
How long do dry bags last?
These dry bags are designed to last for several years, as the bag material is a durable 500D PVC material. It’s durable enough to resist damage from branches and rocks you may encounter on your journey. Should your dry bag become damaged, duct tape both sides of the hole for a temporary fix.
