A shark planter is a ceramic flower pot designed to look like the open mouth of a shark. Instead of chum, though, you fill it with dirt and a small plant to add some greenery to the room. It’s ideal for small spaces such as a desk, counter, mantle, windowsill, or similar location.

The shark itself is painted blue and white, with closed eyes carved into the ceramic itself. Two fins improve stability on the table, so the pot doesn’t tip. An open mouth complete with signature pointy teeth serves as the “bowl” in which to plant your favorite greenery!

Does the shark planter have a drainage hole?
Yes, the shark planter has a drainage hole in the bottom, so it’s suitable for use with many different types of plants.
Note that it does not come with a plug, so you’ll want to add a drip tray underneath to prevent damage to your table.
Alternatively, the shark mouth is large enough to slide a standard 4” planter pot inside in entirety. Choose a sealed style pot if needed, and just drop it in!
